Dead....or maybe not......

So hows this for a treat.. not one but two blog posts in a day!
Being a wednesday we had Institute tonight. I was a little later than usuall arriving as i had to pick Y on the way and had been catchign up with a friend from university, which was good. I knew him as he lived in teh room opposite mine for a year when i was in halls. We remanisced about the Elvyn slop and teh nimber of times we went for takeouts and i drove to Dominoes for pizza after we were late for dinner and left with a particually unppealing selection!!

Institute was good as usuall. Brother H taught an excallent lesson. The first was Adjusting to married life and was just what i was expecting. I took this part of the course 4 years ago so a lot of it is reinforcing what ive learnt already, but the Eternal marriage course dosen't have as much depth as the ones on the standard works so what you see is what you get!
As i was reflecting in class today I realised how much roles in the class have changed. 4 years ago i was new to the class and the area and was learning all about things from teh first time and enjoying being away from home for the first time and trying to sort out many emotions i had and the class really helped, especially the contributions from the more experanced class members. Today I realied that I am now one of those and hwo hopefully im helping to teach those who are taking the corse for the first time.

The second class on the Old Testement was also good and i have several notes to transer to my scriptures tomorrow morning when i study. It was interesting to look at the end of Deuteronomy and realise how things can easily be mistranslated when the docterines being taught are either lost or misunderstood. Anyone who wants more details will have to ask me to explain.

Well, ite getting late now so i'd better head off to Bed. I look foreward to being able to get Saxons take on the lessons in his post tomorrow!!!

Well I hope your not dead. Otherwise a lot of the conversations we've been having over the past few months would have taken on a whole new disturbing turn :-)
